Community Finder uses our powerful demographics database and analysis engine to allow you perform market segmentation to find neighborhoods that meet your target requirements. Save thousands of dollars off the traditional methods of facility siting. We use block and block-group level census information and allow you to filter and produce weighted analysis results by a variety of factors including: - Median Income - Population Density - Housing Size - Ethnicity - Race - Age Each block is scored and presented to you based on best match scenarios. You can print your results and results are saved to you local device for future reference from within the app. Results are displayed by census block in both map and tabular format.
